THE BITCH gets 3 more months on the OUTSIDE

I'm so angry right now....why did they extend the sentencing hearing?? It's great for her that she gets to stay out of jail a while longer but how about the VICTIMS, we need some sort of closure to this mess, I want to do my impact statement and see her taken off to jail. Has everyone done their impact statement? Does anyone need information on how to do it? If so post on here and I can give you some information on how to do it. We ALL need to do one, even if you're not going to the hearing. The judge needs to know what we have all been put through!!

    Beth,
    This is the first I have heard of the Impact Statement, and I am interested in filing one. The only information I have received to date, was a notice of the Chapter 7 hearing on August 2nd. I haven't posted to a blog as yet, so I hope this works.

    Have you filed with the FBI...I talked with Delores today and notices will be sent out to everyone with the information about the impact statements. It's important that we all do one, if you don't get the information let me know and I'll pass it on to you. They are now due by Novemember 1st, if the sentencing isn't postponed again

    I have not gotten anything from Delores either except some notices about her hearing being delayed. I also got some notices about a meeting with her bankruptcy lawyer, which has also been delayed....guess she needs more time to funnel whatever is left somewhere! I would like to fill out an impact statement too. Shall i call Delores?

    Hello,

    I am the executor of my grandparents estate and in going through their financial records found that they also had several investments. they also have not received any funds in quite some time and in trying to track down contact info for this company I came accross this blog.
