In our research we've found that there are many people that worked with Mary. So, now we've decided to find out what they have and possibly going after all them and their assets. We are in the process of seeing what's available what what we'd have rights to.
If you are interested in joining forces with us please feel free to email me and I'll give you the name and number of our lawyer. In order for people to join our group there will be rules that we must all follow in order for this to be the most productive for all involved.
With a case like this there is no guarantee to anything. The lawyers can't tell us what we can get, there are many searches that need to be done and loans to be sorted out. Once people decided if they want to join our team we'll tell them what documents and information they need to bring to the table in order to go after them and try to get back for assets for everyone, but again if you're looking for guarantees you're not going to find them with a case like this. Mary messed with everyone, nobody was immune, we need to get everything we can from her and her family!

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON BRITE INVESTMENTS? Many of my properties were fraudulantly foreclosed (discovered on recent documents...forged signatures on Grant Deeds)and reconveyed to BRITE Investments. It is definitely a part of Mary's web of deceit, as her address sometimes appears under BRITE's name. However, there must be some record of it's existence. Who knows how many properties are being held by BRITE...could be a source of reclaiming what is rightfully ours. If anyone has any information on BRITE, please post it!

ReplyDeleteJust returned home, i am in. I want to feel that we have done everything we can. It is not right that she is not taking responsibility for the creation and the loss of money from every direction.
I guess my question is what has everyone done? I haven't heard from anyone that they've done anything....I post this question to everyone....what are people doing?
ReplyDeleteHi Beth...i think you know what i have done, we talked about it. I do not have my loan numbers but i think Shirley might have them, i do believe she was involved with my parents loans. I will check to see if i have her phone number, i think i might. You know one of the loans, they are all loans predating 2005.

ReplyDeleteWe are finishing up with the lawyer...we filed something with the court and it goes before the judge on the 17th...then we are done...at least for the time being...it's too expensive and we aren't finding there is anything to go after :-(
