It's not looking good!!

We've pulled the recorded deeds on our properties and now find that they forged our signature on them transferring the titles to Brite financial. Currently we are reporting the notary as it's a felony. Some of the people that it says signed weren't even in the state. And they spelled the signed name incorrectly. This is unbelievable. I had hoped that some of the loans might be good and we could transfer them to another servicing agent but that's not looking good either.

  1. Who is Brite Financial? Where did they come from and how could they have forged my name, it sounds like i am one of the out of state people they forged!

  2. did you get a copy of the forged document....if you have carlton loan number and I have the doc I'll send it to you. If you find forged docs they need to be sent to the fbi and filed with the state...it's a felony for the notary to notarize them too

  5. I don't know what one you'd be on...you need to order the documents from a title company to see it...if it's a loan with my family I'd have it, but if you don't know the address or Mary's loan number I won't know it
