In our research we've found that there are many people that worked with Mary. So, now we've decided to find out what they have and possibly going after all them and their assets. We are in the process of seeing what's available what what we'd have rights to.
If you are interested in joining forces with us please feel free to email me and I'll give you the name and number of our lawyer. In order for people to join our group there will be rules that we must all follow in order for this to be the most productive for all involved.
With a case like this there is no guarantee to anything. The lawyers can't tell us what we can get, there are many searches that need to be done and loans to be sorted out. Once people decided if they want to join our team we'll tell them what documents and information they need to bring to the table in order to go after them and try to get back for assets for everyone, but again if you're looking for guarantees you're not going to find them with a case like this. Mary messed with everyone, nobody was immune, we need to get everything we can from her and her family!

What's next???
Thank you to all that have sent emails and contacted me via the blog. Some have asked how to post. Each person that wants to comment needs to set up an account. I did mine via gmail. You don't have to give your real name, however, if you want people to see if you're on their loan they won't be able to do so without your name. I have a list with many of the investors names and numbers on them. If you bought your loan via Shirley Elliott, she has the numbers of the investors that went through her.
So, here's where we stand.....My family and friends have retained a law firm to handle the case for us. However, once the retainer is gone we will be done. The best case would be if a bunch of us got together and fought this as a team. That way one group isn't taking on the costs of fighting Mary. Another group retained their own lawyer and now we are paying for our attorney to talk to theirs. I don't feel this is productive, so this will stop. If we join forces we can do so much more.
If anyone can find out what Brite investments owns that would be great. I haven't been able to find anyone that can tell me what Brite has, whatever they have should belong to the investors.
Also, if you find properties owned by Herczeg that's important. That's the notary that forged our signatures and transferred properties into their name.
We are still waiting to hear from the FBI. They said we should hear something within the next 2 weeks to a month. That was a week ago. I want to be there is see Mary, Deborah, Robert and Rick taken away.
If you find that any of your loans are good, you should get them re serviced as soon as possible. It's not hard to do. What's hard is finding a good one. I know one group found 1 or 2 that were good and had them moved and re serviced.

Is anyone reading this?
I've been posting on this blog for about a month and am wondering if anyone out there is reading it. If so and you're concerned about your name appearing you can set up an alias and post a comment. That way I know there are interested parties. If people aren't reading or aren't interested I can stop the flow of information.

It's not looking good!!
We've pulled the recorded deeds on our properties and now find that they forged our signature on them transferring the titles to Brite financial. Currently we are reporting the notary as it's a felony. Some of the people that it says signed weren't even in the state. And they spelled the signed name incorrectly. This is unbelievable. I had hoped that some of the loans might be good and we could transfer them to another servicing agent but that's not looking good either.

Some ideas what people should do
1. Call the FBI, our agent is Peter Norell phone number is 714-542-8825. When talking to him refer to Mary Perkins, Carlton Financial
2. Pull the recorded deeds on all your loans....see if you're listed on the deeds. If so, you can probably fire your servicing agent, ie Mary Perkins, and hire a new servicing agent. The servicing agent is the company who collects the payments from the barrowers and dispurses the payments to the lenders...ie. you will need to talk to each lender that is on the deed with you and agree on the servicing agent and work together.
